Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by accurately keying in orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders from clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of order entries and client interactions.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist clients with product information and order status updates.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to orders in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the improvement of client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine, Customer Care, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in customer service or a related area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and order management systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Technical competencies; Proficiency in any ERP system; knowledge of Microsoft packages; knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical supplies; communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Behavioural attributes: high level of integrity, interpersonal relations, self-driven and keen to details
  • Knowledgeable about the Pharmacy or Nursing or Clinical Medicine or Medical Laboratory or Public Health, or any health-related field.
