Job Title: Client Relations Assistant – Complaint Handling

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of customer complaints.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Prepare and present reports on complaint handling to management.
- Identify patterns and trends in customer complaints to suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Customer Care, Healthcare, Medicine, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of Pharmacy or Nursing or Clinical Medicine or Medical Laboratory or Public Health, or any health-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
