Job Overview
Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS) is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Relations Assistants in our Call Centre. The ideal candidates will possess strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills and will be responsible for managing client interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Assist the sales and marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1year customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an added advantage.
