- Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW clients, representing the Wealth & Investment offering, building its profile and reputation as a high-quality service offering. Manage a portfolio of HNW client accounts providing advice and relationship support ensuring optimal service, integrating all Stanbic Bank products, services and resources to ensure that their needs are met. Achieve the defined revenue targets through the retention of, and acquisition of new business.
Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: First Degree
- Field of Study: Business Commerce, Legal or any other related field
- Masters Degree in Business /Commerce is preferred
Experience Required
- 5-7 years
- The role requires client facing banking experience in private banking/private wealth/investment banking/commercial banking, with a good understanding of operational and administrative processes as well as risk and compliance standards and with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and problem resolution.
- Demonstrated track record in engaging and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals across diverse sectors.
- Adept at understanding the unique needs and expectations of Wealthy individuals and families, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
- Skilled in navigating complex lending scenarios, structuring sophisticated credit facilities, and delivering robust financial models to support investment decisions and risk assessment.
- Experience in guiding and assisting in structuring investments and wealth management portfolio for HNW clients and their family, assisting them to meet their wealth objectives while navigate complex and diverse markets and macro economic conditions.
