Job Overview

Brites Management Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Buffet Attendant to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent food and beverage service skills, be able to work efficiently in a hotel environment, and have a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and arrange buffet tables with food, beverages, and utensils in a neat and appealing manner.
  • Ensure that all food items are replenished in a timely manner and maintain the cleanliness of the buffet area throughout service.
  • Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have regarding the buffet offerings.
  • Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure that all items are served at the appropriate temperature and freshness.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
