Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and time & attendance systems.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance tracking, and disciplinary documentation.
- Coordinate staff welfare, training logistics, and communication of HR updates.
- Liaise with payroll and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- CHRP certification or ongoing enrollment is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
