Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems architecture and team leadership, and will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of system designs.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in systems architecture and technical leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
