Key Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate with relevant teams to address issues.
• Maintain detailed logs of all activities and incidents in the control room.
• Analyze data from surveillance systems to identify patterns or anomalies.
• Communicate effectively with on-ground teams to ensure a cohesive response to incidents.
• Conduct regular system checks and report any malfunctions to the technical team.
• Assess machine logs and support Process Engineer to troubleshoot.
• Handle equipment maintenance and tagout as per standard operating procedures.
• Gain awareness of system operating requirements and trends and suggest operating adjustment suggestions.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as Engineering or Technology.
• 1 year experience in surveillance monitoring and incident response.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting.
