Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the British Curriculum to Key Stage 2 students.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive educational setting.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and contribute to the school's mission.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
• Supporting and driving the ethos, aims and values of the school.
• Ensuring every child is included and achieves to their full potential.
• All staff are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the School’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education or a related field.
• 2 years' experience in delivering the British Curriculum, particularly at Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to manage diverse groups of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school.
• Have a valid Teacher Services Commission
• Excellent interpersonal skills with students, colleagues and parents
• Adventurous, adaptable and excited by new experiences
