Job Description
What You Will Do
- Support month-end/year-end close process & Group reporting.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable
- Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Assist with all tax audits and tax returns
- Completes external audit by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 3 years experience in accounting/finance
- Bilingual speakers of French and English will be given priority
- Audit background will be added advantage
- Experience working for a global company is an added advantage
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
