Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mood boards and design documents for presentation of design schemes.
- Prepare necessary drawing and construction details needed for execution on site. Review drawings by consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Plan and implement projects, help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources, support and direct teams within the office and on ground.
- Manage the project budget, Review and prepare project BOQ’s, allocate project resources, ensure project execution within budget.
- Create a project schedule and timeline, plan procurement and materials, ensure timely completion of projects.
- Lead quality assurance, ensure quality standard from suppliers and construction team.
- Report on the project status, present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing interior design projects and/or QS involvement.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense with technical design proficiency.
- Knowledge of design software.
- Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh. 90,000 – 110,000/=(Approx 696USD)
