Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company's services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the relevant department.

Requirements

  • 1-year proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
