        Description:
Tatu is a project of Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer with over 30,000 acres of visionary projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo. Rendeavour’s vision goes beyond alleviating what is a self-evident problem – that of stifling urban congestion and a dearth of quality housing and commercial property in Africa. Rather, we aim to help create the infrastructure – the living and working spaces, communities, schools and hospitals – that will help sustain and accelerate Africa’s economic growth, meet the aspirations of Africa’s burgeoning middle classes, and serve as a catalyst for further urban development.

Shop Drawing & Submittal Management:
- Lead the detailed technical review of all electrical shop drawings submitted by the contractor, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), panel schedules, cable containment layouts, lighting and power layouts, wiring schematics, and ELV system architectures.

- Meticulously check shop drawings against design drawings and specifications to ensure complete compliance with the design intent, equipment ratings, codes, and standards.

- Manage the formal review and approval process for all electrical material submittals, including datasheets for switchgear, transformers, generators, cables, light fittings, and all ELV system components.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date register of all electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals.

- Ensure that the site construction team is always working with the latest, fully coordinated, and approved-for-construction versions of all electrical documents.

- Assist in the compilation of the final as-built drawings and records, ensuring they accurately reflect all electrical changes and deviations.
