Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, andmarketing expense controls. Execute said plan and meet sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing training of thesalespeople. Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives. Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation. Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers and other relatedindustries to help strengthen partnerships. Leverage the existing network and expand the company’s product reach and repeat businessthrough relationship building and exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to properly coordinate project implementation, and customerservice support interface, and proactively address problems/customer issues, ensuringcustomer satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, andopportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field – from a reputable institution. A minimum of 3 years proven experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. (FMCG)
- with at least 1 year’s experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Spoken and written English communication with the highest standards of professionalism is required. Proficiency in customer relationship management. Must be a fast learner, highly self-motivated, capable of producing high-impact work without
- supervision, adaptable, and self-confident. Creativity to solve problems and develop ideas to improve workflow and efficiency. Mental and emotional fortitude to thrive in a fast pace, high-production, performance-drivene
- nvironment.
