Job Description
- To build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure excellent customer experience, and convert business opportunities into successful sales. The Client Service Executive acts as the main liaison between clients and the company, promoting catering services, responding to inquiries, and driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Sales Conversion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and institutional catering. Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed sales through effective client engagement and follow-up. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client needs. Negotiate contracts and ensure all agreements are accurately documented and signed. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up. Ensure timely communication, updates, and professional handling of all client concerns. Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and recommend service improvements.
- Coordination & Service Delivery Support
- Liaise with kitchen, logistics, and event teams to ensure client requirements are accurately executed. Attend key events to oversee service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate post-event feedback and ensure prompt resolution of any service issues.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and client feedback.
- Maintain updated records of all client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, client service, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS O
- ffice and CRM tools.
