Job Description
- We are a fast-growing transport service company in Kenya, specializing in car hire, corporate staff transfers, and airport transfers. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our control room team as an Operations Controller.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch, routing, and driver assignments.
- Monitor and manage trip schedules for transfers.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting between drivers and clients.
- Maintain trip records, vehicle logs, and performance reports.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service follow-ups.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure efficient operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate in Customer care, Transport Management ,Fleet Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy control room or similar environment.
- Experience in the transport industry is an added advantage.
- Must be over 25 years of age.
- High level of integrity and a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fast learner, problem-solver, and flexible team player.
- Strong character with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and
- self-motivation are key
