Job Description

About the role

  • We're looking for a motivated and strategic Student Recruitment Manager – Emerging Accounts (SRM-EA) to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal sales role focused on accelerating the performance and growth of new and lower-volume recruitment agents—our Emerging Accounts.

  • Your primary objective will be to cultivate these partnerships, transforming them from low-volume contacts into high-yielding, sustainable Key Accounts. You will be the engine that executes our student recruitment strategies, working closely with our internal sales and marketing specialists to significantly raise the profile of Navitas colleges within your assigned network.

Qualifications:

  • International Education Expertise: A proven understanding of the international education industry, sales, and associated legislative and ethical requirements.
  • Sales Track Record: Successful experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the international education sector.
  • Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, plus fluency in required local language(s).
  • CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools to manage agent pipelines, track performance, and inform business strategy.
  • Account Management Skills: Previous experience in a customer service-focused role, adept at managing and resolving complex partner inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively and maintain a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) to support global recruitment activities.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deliver results under tight deadlines, and take full accountability for decisions and outcomes.
