About the Role:
Yasmac Equipment Rental & Repairing LLC (Dubai) is hiring a Sales Assistant / Coordinator to support our Sales Manager. This role offers excellent exposure to the equipment rental and construction industry, with opportunities to grow into a senior sales role.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales and coordination tasks.
- Prepare sales-related documents (delivery notes, tax invoices, quotations, daybooks).
- Communicate with clients and handle inquiries professionally.
- Support in closing sales and following up on leads.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (Malayalam is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
