We are now expanding our admissions and counselling team and are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and goal driven Student Counsellor & Telesales Executive who can convert student inquiries into successful registrations with confidence and authority.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with 5+ years of experience in the education industry, capable of managing front end operations independently. You will handle inbound and outbound student inquiries, conduct consultations, recommend suitable courses, and ensure consistent conversion from leads to enrollments. This role demands confidence, persuasion, and a consultative approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and emails) and convert them into confirmed registrations.
- Conduct professional course counselling sessions, understanding student needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and inquiry tracking sheets daily.
- Follow up with leads systematically and achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Assist in planning and executing sales and promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
- Represent the institute with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Take leadership of the front office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient student service.
- Provide periodic reports and feedback to the management on performance, conversion ratios, and customer insights.
- Guide students with confidence and clarity on course modules, fees, schedules, and certification benefits.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Student Counsellor, Admission Officer, or Telesales Executive in the education or training industry.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales / enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic or Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and decision making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and follow up systems.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive salary range, AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
