Description:
Sea Bright Ship Management and Operation LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and compliance within the shipping or marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE policies aligned with UAE regulations and international standards such as ISM Code and ISO
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance
• Lead and deliver safety training sessions for staff
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports including corrective actions
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to maintain full compliance with local laws
• Promote a robust safety culture across all operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in HSE, preferably within the shipping or marine sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
