About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our dynamic team at Brites Management Services in Mlolongo, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to handle our company's financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
