Job Title: Experienced Rider / Delivery Personnel
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Experienced Rider / Delivery Personnel to join our dynamic team in Nairobi. If you have a passion for driving and delivering excellent service, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to clients within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while interacting with clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, adhering to established schedules and routes.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Accurately document deliveries and manage delivery logs and records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to report any issues or delays.
Requirements
- A valid motorcycle riding license.
- Minimum of a high/secondary school education.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.
- Excellent driving skills and a strong safety record.
- Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
