We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Viva or similar event/entertainment ticketing systems to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Preference for candidates currently residing in the UAE
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or IT/customer service roles
