Description:
We are urgently seeking experienced professionals for an ongoing project in the UAE across multiple roles. Candidates must have proven UAE experience in villas and building projects and should currently be available within the UAE. Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.

Available Positions & Requirements:

1️ Commercial Manager

• Proven UAE experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

2 Structural Engineer (10+ years)

• Extensive experience in villa and building structural design
• Knowledge of UAE codes and regulations

3️ Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Expertise in project cost management, estimation, and reporting
• UAE experience preferred

4️ Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Support senior QS in day-to-day quantity surveying tasks
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards

5️ PRO (Visa & Health Insurance Process)

• Hands-on experience handling visas, labor, and health insurance processes in the UAE
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws
