Job Description
- This role goes beyond compliance it’s about helping the business achieve efficiency, integrity, and growth by identifying risks, strengthening controls, and ensuring transparency across operations.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing annual audit plans (financial, operational, compliance & ERP)
- Evaluating risk areas and internal controls across departments
- Conducting audits in procurement, inventory, logistics, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Presenting actionable insights to senior management and the board
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, or CIA (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years’ internal audit experience (preferably FMCG or manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Location: Kwale
