Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate timely and accurate communication between sponsors, children, and the organization.
• Prepare, edit, and dispatch sponsorship updates, including reports, letters, photos, and videos.
• Register new children in the GC System and prepare comprehensive child profiles.
• Manage and respond to sponsor correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Review and verify children’s reports, letters, and digital content for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain an organized documentation and reporting system for sponsorship activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete child records.
• Ensure compliance with child protection policies, organizational standards, and data protection laws.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Community Development, Administration, Education, or International Relations.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social work, case management, or child sponsorship programs, preferably within an NGO.
• Strong understanding of child protection policies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and report writing skills with attention to detail.
• High ethical standards, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and positive relationships with children, families, sponsors, and colleagues.
Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh 50,000-(Approx 387 USD)
