Immediate Hiring – Senior HR Officer / HRBP (Arabic-English) – Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪
Our group is undergoing rapid transformation and is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer / HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi immediately.

Scope of Role:

• Strategic and operational HR responsibilities across Bravacasa Interiors & Andalusia Holding Group.
• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.
• Drive structured HR policies and support group-wide HR transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual in Arabic & English.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law.
• Prior experience in construction, fit-out, or holding companies.
• Confident personality with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proven expertise in payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
