HD Digital Media Co. LLC is a Dubai-based creative agency specializing in digital marketing, branding, and multimedia solutions. We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Officer to handle staff-related matters, support day-to-day operations, and manage client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle HR-related activities including attendance, leave management, performance monitoring, and staff grievances.
Manage recruitment processes: posting job ads, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding staff.
Oversee admin tasks such as documentation, contracts, office coordination, and reporting.
Follow up with clients on pending tasks, payments, and service requirements.
Maintain smooth communication between management, staff, and clients.
Support the management team in ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR & Admin roles (minimum 2 years, preferably in Dubai).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve staff issues and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Experience in client coordination and follow-up.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and general admin tools.
