Responsibilities:
° Learning Needs & Analysis – Partner with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, define learning objectives, and align solutions to organizational priorities.
° Learning Design & Development – Create engaging learning programs, resources, and tools that reflect adult learning best practices and adapt to diverse audiences.
° Facilitation & Delivery – Deliver training and workshops that inspire, equip, and empower learners, ensuring high levels of engagement and application.
° Program Management – Coordinate, implement, and monitor learning initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable outcomes.
° Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements for greater effectiveness.
° Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to co-create relevant and impactful learning solutions.
° Content Creation: Develop, adapt, and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging training materials, job aids, and resources to support effective learning delivery.
° Innovation & Knowledge Sharing – Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance learning, while building knowledge-sharing practices across the organization.
Requirements
Education
° Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (required). Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or facilitation are highly desirable.
Experience
° Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
° Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-level learning initiatives across diverse, global, and multicultural environments.
° Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning solutions that align with business strategy.
° Experience leveraging digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, and emerging technologies to scale impact.
° Background in organizational change management or cultural transformation projects (preferred).
