Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth: Manage, engage, and support an identified network of Emerging Accounts with the primary goal of accelerating their growth to qualify as Key Accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Devise and execute effective service center, remote sales strategies and in-market activities to maximize enrolment growth.
- Agent Training: Conduct comprehensive training for Emerging Account agents on Navitas Products and our University Partner (UP) value propositions.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the central resource for all agent inquiries concerning student applications, admissions, commissions, administration, and compliance.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all agent management activities adhere strictly to jurisdictional compliance requirements, including meticulous documentation within our CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize the CRM tool to track agent performance, inform business decisions, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- International Education Expertise: A proven understanding of the international education industry, sales, and associated legislative and ethical requirements.
- Sales Track Record: Successful experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the international education sector.
- Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, plus fluency in required local language(s).
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools to manage agent pipelines, track performance, and inform business strategy.
- Account Management Skills: Previous experience in a customer service-focused role, adept at managing and resolving complex partner inquiries quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility & Autonomy: Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively and maintain a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) to support global recruitment activities.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deliver results under tight deadlines, and take full accountability for decisions and outcomes.
