Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Executive-Meru Region to oversee HR operations across client sites while reporting directly to Bridge Talent HQ. This role requires a goal-oriented professional who can operate with minimal supervision, provide strategic HR direction, and ensure that people strategies directly support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounded HR professional with the ability to supervise teams, partner with client leadership, and deliver solutions that foster talent growth, compliance, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support HR and administrative staff across assigned client sites in the Meru region, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to site teams, guiding them on HR processes, conflict resolution, and performance expectations.
- Act as the bridge between Bridge Talent HQ and client sites, ensuring smooth communication, reporting, and alignment of people initiatives.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes across client sites to ensure talent needs are met.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and guidance, and escalate disciplinary matters when necessary.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the teams you supervise.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, and Bridge Talent standards across all supervised sites.
- Generate periodic HR reports and insights for both HQ and client management, highlighting trends and recommending solutions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that enhance retention, productivity, and overall business impact.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field (CHRP or HR certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional role.
- Proven experience in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Kenyan labour laws, HR policies, and outsourcing best practices.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations will be a strong advantage
Salary: Kshs. 40,000 - Kshs. 45,000
