Job Description

Key Responsibilities    

° Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot studio equipment

° Assist faculty and students during radio, TV, and multimedia productions.

° Provide support in editing and post-production processes.

° Train students on the safe and effective use of studio equipment and software.

° Maintain an updated inventory of equipment and consumables.

° Enforce compliance with studio safety protocols.

Qualifications and skills    

° Bachelors Degree in Mass Comminication, Journalism with an interest in Media

° Intermidiate knowledge of studio lighting

° Experience with high-end digital capture using a variety of camera and digital backs and related software

° Excellenct communication, interpersonal and customer service skills is a must

° Ability to troubleshoot technical and/or mechanical issues with cameras and related media studio equipment

° Experience with video and audio systems, including any related grip and stabilizing equipment

° Self-driven, independent, creative and innovative thinker of minimal supervision

° Advanced knowledge of photography equipment (digital and analog) and related studio equipment, production of audio and video, graphic design
