The company is located in at Awasi-Kisumu County whose core business is production and supply of construction materials including aggregate, paving blocks, building blocks and variety of precast items is seeking to recruit a result oriented and self-motivated individual for the position Sales and Marketing team leader.

Requirements:

• B. Com preferably Sales and Marketing option.
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience in sales and marketing department with at least 2 years of working experience as  Sales team lead or Sales Manager.
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Customer centric
• Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience in working with and exceeding sales targets
• Prospecting skills, good negotiator
• Itinerary/route planning
• Market and products knowledge
• Presentation skills.
