Customer operations support and shipping arrangements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

° Export Operations & Documentation Handle end-to-end export operations including booking shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders.

° Coordination & Issue Resolution

° Liase with internal departments (sales, finance, Finished Goods Store) to ensure export readiness and timely order fulfillment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

° Proficient in computer applications with strong knowledge in Excel.

° Data entry skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of ICMS systems (added advantage)

° Excellent communication skills.

° Team player with collaborative mindset.

° Record Management & Compliance Maintain and update export documentation logs and records for audit and compliance purposes.

° Ensure data accuracy and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

° Bachelors degree in Business Management/Logistics or Equivalent Diploma or any other related field.
