Job Description
What you will do:
- The DASM drives agent performance by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training and activation/re-activation of agents.
- The role ensures the agent network consistently delivers quality loan applications. Recruit, vet, and onboard new agents into the network.
- Train agents on products, compliance, and sales techniques.Plan and execute activations to generate quality leads.Monitor and track agent performance on applications and issuances.
- Strengthen relationships with agents, providing regular support.Identify underperforming agents and implement corrective measures.
- Align agent activity with branch business targets.
- Provide feedback and reports on agent market trends and challenges.
Performance & KPIs
- Lead generation, Loan count & amount achieved through agents.
- Contribution across all car products.Number of agents recruited.
- Number of active agents recruited (70%)
- Issuances strictly from agent sources.
What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field
- One year relevant Deputy sales manager experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong networking and relationship management.
- Training and motivational ability.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive performance through external partners.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
