We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Test Manager to play a dual role on two of our strategic projects: Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration) and Digital Loan Origination. You’ll be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle and ensuring the quality and integrity of our new platforms. This is a critical position that requires a hands-on approach to both business analysis and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for the payment and loan origination platforms.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy. This includes preparing test plans, creating detailed test scripts, and coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
Defect Management: Actively manage the defect resolution process, from logging and tracking issues to collaborating with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and business units to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Expertise in preparing UAT strategies and developing test scripts.
Experience in defect management and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong plus.
