Emerald Avenue Medical Clinic is looking for a professional and dedicated Patient Coordinator to join their team in Dubai (JBR area). As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience throughout their treatment journey, reflecting the clinic’s commitment to care and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients with inquiries about treatments, doctors, and clinic services
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff to maintain smooth patient flow
• Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system
• Communicate confidently using medical terminology across various specialties

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
• Comfortable using CRM or EMR systems and digital communication platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
