Job Description
The Executive Cleaning & Fumigation Supervisor oversees cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. They manage cleaning teams, coordinate schedules, supervise fumigation processes, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily cleaning and fumigation tasks in offices, homes, and commercial spaces.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure all cleaning procedures meet company and client standards.
- Client Relations: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and fumigation chemicals, ensuring proper usage and replenishment.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines and handling of hazardous materials.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Plan cleaning schedules, assign duties, and optimize workforce efficiency.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of cleaning activities, incidents, and staff performance.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Certification in cleaning, fumigation, or occupational health and safety.
- Experience in managing commercial or residential cleaning operations.
- A Diploma or University Degree is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fumigation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation.
