The job holder will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, andhandlingcorrespondence.Receiving visitors and directing them appropriately,Managing office supplies andensuring stock availability,Maintaining and organizing filing systems (both digital and physical).
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage front office duties including answering calls, handling correspondence, and welcomingvisitors.
Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and meeting materials.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in procurement, inventory, and office supply management.Support HR, finance, andmanagement with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment that showcased organization and keenness to detail
Knowledge in handling and following up on court cases, insurance and immigrationmatters
Discreet individual, able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar organization tools
