We are seeking Atlas.ti Training Consultants who will be responsible for designing and delivering specialized training programs in qualitative data management and analysis using Atlas.ti software. The consultants will develop tailored training content, facilitate interactive sessions, and provide practical guidance to strengthen participants’ capacity to apply Atlas.ti in their work. Additionally, they will offer pre- and post-training technical support to ensure that acquired skills are effectively applied in real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver tailored training programs in Atlas.ti that respond to client-specific needs and capacity levels.
Facilitate interactive and practical workshops, combining theory with applied exercises to strengthen participants’ skills in qualitative data management and analysis.
Guide participants through the use of Atlas.ti for coding, thematic analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Provide technical mentoring and advisory support to ensure participants can integrate Atlas.ti into ongoing projects.
Document training outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Offer post-training technical support where required to reinforce participant learning.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Monitoring & Evaluation, Research Methods, or related field.
Proven expertise in qualitative research design, data collection, and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Atlas.ti software, including hands-on experience with coding, thematic analysis, and visualization.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in MEAL, research, or capacity building within development and humanitarian contexts.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, participatory training workshops for adult learners.
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
