Job Description

The Content and Digital Marketing Expert is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic content and digital marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, as well as the ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences. The Content and Digital Marketing Expert will work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the company's overall strategic goals. They will play a critical role in shaping the company's online presence, enhancing brand awareness, and driving traffic and conversions through various digital platforms. This position demands creativity, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to effectively manage and optimize digital campaigns.

 

Job Responsibility

 

Content Creation and Management:

 

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.

 

Write and deliver content for documents, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.

 

Oversee content writers who create written content for various marketing materials, including blogs, articles, and social media posts.

 

Develop and maintain internal marketing collaterals such as letterhead, templates, internal presentations, envelopes, employee ID cards for the smooth functioning of the company.

 

Develop and maintain marketing collaterals to support sales and marketing efforts, including case studies, brochures, sales presentations, product datasheets, customer testimonials, and company profiles.

 

Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging through various digital channels to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. 

 

Digital Marketing Drive

 

Execute digital marketing campaigns, including strategies in collaboration with OEM/Technology partners, channel partners, and clients. e campaigns, including email marketing PPC, and online advertising.

 

Experiment with various organic and chane with the audience to increase engagement and followers

 

Experiment with wa t with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, and lead generation campaigns.

 

Deploy successful r essful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, measure and report on performance, and track key metrics.

 

Performance Measurement and Reporting

 

Measure the effectiveness o s of the content created for the documents, marketing collaterals, promotional materials, etc.

 

Optimize the company's website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

 

Achieve ave a 25% increase in website traffic year-on-year and improve SEO ranking by 25% for targeted keywords.

 

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

 

 Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and marketing campaigns accordingly.

 

Track key metrics and turn data insights into actionable reports for the executive team.

 

Communication and Brand Consistency.

 

Ensure the company's brand elements are maintained and consistent across all documents prepared.

 

Communicate updates over official emails for upselling and cross-selling

 

Develop 5 partner content pieces per quarter.

 

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and account-related activities.

 

Ensure clear and consistent communication, both internally and externally, to align with the company's strategic goals.

 

Technical And Soft Skills Required

 

Diverse background from academic and customer-facing roles, including marketing, communication, business, and other fields.

 

Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude to learn and adapt.

 

Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

 

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

 

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate, and motivate.

 

Budget management skills and proficiency in allocating resources wisely. Ability to travel as necessary to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Education Qualification Required

 

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field.

 

Certifications in digital marketing content marketing SEO, Google Analytics, or other related areas are highly desirable and can enhance your candidacy.

 

Proficiency in operations software and tools.

 

Effective communication and teamwork abilities
