Skills & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
A Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a learning institution.
Familiarity with Kenya’s TVET, CDACC, and KNEC systems is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven team management experience.
Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
