Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day production operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and meet brand quality standards.

Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating restocking, and maintaining accurate production and inventory records.

Perform basic quality control checks to ensure products adhere to brand standards.

Collaborate with the team to organize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and assist with production planning for upcoming runs.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and manage materials efficiently.

Support administrative and operational tasks related to production while maintaining discretion with sensitive business information and assisting with reporting on production performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a structured workflow.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Trustworthy and discreet, capable of handling confidential information responsibly.

Experience in luxury brands or high-end products is an added advantage.

Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 40,000 – 60,000(Approx 310USD)
