Responsibilities
Enter supplier invoices and create customer invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ETR and HS code requirements.
Liaise with stores staff to confirm order status, product availability, and dispatch timelines to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Maintain organized records and filing of supplier/customer invoices, dispatch documents, and other accounting-related paperwork for internal tracking and audit support.
Update and manage client billing information, SKUs, and price lists in the ERP.
Perform journal entries and support other data entry tasks in the ERP as required.
Provide timely responses to invoice or accounting-related queries from internal teams or clients and assist the finance department with administrative or compliance tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, data entry, or accounts support roles.
Experience handling ETR machines and knowledge of HS code classifications under KRA TIMS system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and products quickly.
Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: KES 45,000 – KES 55,000
