DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming sales-related calls and provide accurate product information.
Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations based on those needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and contraindications.
Follow up with clients after initial contact to ensure satisfaction and answer further inquiries.
Enter customer details and sales data accurately into the company database/CRM system.
Collaborate with the field sales team and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to better position company products.
Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activity and performance.
in the receiving, labelling, and safe storage of all incoming goods and supplies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales within the pharmaceutical sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a persuasive and confident phone manner
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is an added advantage
