DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and sell the company’s range of alcoholic beverage products to new and existing clients in the assigned region.
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers including retail outlets, bars, restaurants, and Wines & Spirits shops.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer accounts, including credit limits and timely payments.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance KPIs as set by management.
Provide regular feedback from customers and the market to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share them with the sales team leader or management.
Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at the point of sale.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales of alcoholic beverages or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
Deep understanding of the Wines & Spirits retail market and distribution channels
Valid driver’s license or motorcycle license is an added advantage
