DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns targeting pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
Coordinate with medical representatives and pharmacy outlets to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
Support product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring proper branding, positioning, and communication.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote pharmaceutical products.
Maintain and update promotional materials, digital platforms, and product brochures in line with company branding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, pharmacy outlets, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Track marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and analytics for internal stakeholders.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher qualification is an added advantage
1–3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and market research methodologies
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory standards, and healthcare environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
