We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while ensuring the implementation of effective internal controls. The ideal candidate must be CPA-K certified, hold a relevant degree, and have at least 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analysis for management decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor budget performance.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.
Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional growth and performance.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
Provide strategic financial insights to management to support long-term planning.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
CPA-K certification (mandatory).
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
