We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of our workshop, which carries out carpentry, welding, and related fabrication activities.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Industrial Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a busy workshop (carpentry, welding, or fabrication environment).

Strong technical knowledge in carpentry, welding, and general fabrication processes.

Familiarity with workshop machinery, tools, and maintenance practices.

Sound knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
