Job Description
  • We are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of Peach's product strategy and execution. This is a high impact role at the intersection of customer needs, business growth, and technology.
  • The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on builder excited to shape the roadmap, own the delivery cycle, and create products that transform the automotive experience in Kenya. You will work closely with the product engineering team, marketing, customer success, Inspection, Fleet etc and leadership to develop and launch impactful solutions that scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT STRATEGY & ROADMAP

  • Own and align roadmap with business goals and customer needs. Define and prioritize features based on insights and trends.
  • Adjust priorities based on feedback and impact.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & LIFECYCLE

  • Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing for timely delivery. Maintain clear product docs and release notes.

CUSTOMER & MARKET INSIGHTS

  • Collect customer feedback through research and data. Monitor competitor and market trends.
  • Turn insights into actionable opportunities.

BUSINESS GROWTH & PARTNERSHIPS

  • Explore new business models, monetization, and partnerships. Build features that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue. Improve user flows and sales funnels.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in product management or related technical roles, with at least 1-year leading product development.
  • Proven experience building and launching products, ideally in Cloud, SaaS, marketplaces, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of automotive, marketplace, or emerging markets is a plus.
